Dr. Shannon Irvine, is a distinguished expert with a PhD in neuro psychology, Business and Mindset High Performance Coach of Epic Success, and host of Epic Success Podcast.

Dr. Irvine works with wildly passionate entrepreneurs, empowering them to become CEOs of their mind and create epic success in their business. She helps entrepreneurs use the power of neuroscience to master their thinking so they can master their business.

She didn’t come from entrepreneurial roots, but she have always been driven to create something impactful. Over the years, she have done just that. At 22 years old, she opened her first business. She built and sold multiple companies, creating processes and systems that took the seeds of her ideas and turned them into highly profitable businesses.

When she realized she had a repeatable recipe for success, she wanted to share it with others. She became a strategist and mentor, guiding other entrepreneurs through the strategic steps that would help them grow.

At the same time, she married, had children, and used her vacations to travel the world and serve others in need. In 2005, she established Mosaic Vision, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit supporting Ugandan children orphaned by AIDS. With all the blessings in her life, her heart was full. Dr. Irvine had a beautiful family, her clients were achieving incredible results, and she was making a real difference.
