Founding Partner

Steve Moskowitz, Founding Partner of Moskowitz LLP, a law firm based in San Francisco, California. Moskowitz LLP represents individuals and businesses in tax controversies and disputes, tax litigation, international tax planning, criminal tax defense, tax investigations, offshore banking matters, and tax collection resolution. With over 30 years of experience in tax law, he is widely recognized as a leading expert in the field.

Steve was raised in Philadelphia and worked to put himself through college and graduate schooling. He firmly believe that that everyone with the drive and commitment to try to make it in their life, should not be afraid, confused or held back by the tax code, or be unable to benefit from “the system.”

Over the years he have had offices in Hong Kong and Los Angeles but have always maintained headquarters in San Francisco.

Steve earned his Juris Doctorate degree from New York Law School, and his Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Drexel University.
