Love these guys!

I remember hearing Bob Fraser on a podcast about a year ago and thought “wow, this guy is smart.” I really liked how he analyzed data, trends, economics and the law and seeing how it all worked together and which alternative investments made sense and which maybe didn’t. Shortly after I started investing with them and it has done exactly as they predicted. I’ve been sharing their content with other real estate investors ever since, and several of my friends now invest with them as well! It’s always a good idea to surround yourself with people smarter than you. Well, these guys are a LOT smarter than me, and probably you too! Follow them!
